Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce for cooking
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, celery, onion, 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
Mix until well combined
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter
Place the meatballs in the slow cooker
Pour 1 cup of buffalo sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through
