Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
In a big skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat
Add the flank steak slices and minced garlic
Stir-fry for 34 minutes, or until the steak is browned
Stir-fry the carrots and frozen peas for an additional two minutes
Transfer the cooked rice to the other side of the skillet after pushing the steak and veggies to one side
For two to three minutes, stir-fry, breaking up any clumps
