Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Put sun-dried tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together
Each chicken breast should have a pocket cut in it
Fill each chicken breast with the feta mixture, making sure there is an equal amount in each breast
If necessary, use toothpicks to keep the pockets closed
A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it
For two to three minutes on each side, sear the chicken breasts until they turn golden brown
Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated up
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked
Take out the toothpicks before serving
