Fair Trade Chocolate Chunk Shortbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1 cup fair trade chocolate chunks
