Smoked Garlic Herb Pork Tenderloin

With this recipe for smoked pork tenderloin, savor the deep, smokey flavors of garlic and herbs. This dish, which is slow-cooked in a smoker and expertly seasoned, will definitely sate your cravings for a tasty and tender dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Wood chips for smoking

Instructions:

Set the smokers temperature to 225F 107C and add your preferred wood chips

To make the herb rub, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, salt, and paprika in a small bowl

Make sure the pork tenderloins are completely covered by rubbing the herb mixture on them evenly

After positioning the pork tenderloins on the smoker grates, pierce the thickest portion of the meat with a meat thermometer
