Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Wood chips for smoking
Instructions:
Set the smokers temperature to 225F 107C and add your preferred wood chips
To make the herb rub, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, salt, and paprika in a small bowl
Make sure the pork tenderloins are completely covered by rubbing the herb mixture on them evenly
After positioning the pork tenderloins on the smoker grates, pierce the thickest portion of the meat with a meat thermometer
It usually takes 1
5 to 2 hours to smoke the pork tenderloins until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C
After finishing, take the smoked pork tenderloins out of the smoker and give them ten minutes to rest before slicing
Serve the tenderloins hot, sliced into medallions
Savor the pork infused with smoky, flavorful herbs and garlic
