Slow Cooker Pumpkin Spice Lattes

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso

Instructions:

In a slow cooker, combine milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice

Whisk until well combined

Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally

After 2 hours, stir in the brewed coffee or espresso

Continue to cook on low for an additional 30 minutes

Serve hot, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired
